How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Monday, August 4th to Friday, August 15th at midnight PST.

What happens after I place my order?

All orders will be collected before we begin production. Once the store closes, we’ll gather the order details, produce your items, and ship them directly to the address you provided.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be processed after August 15th. They will be produced, and kitted before shipping.  It will take 4-5 weeks after the store closes to receive your order.

Do I have any additonal fees added to my order?

Only additional fee is a $5.95 shipping/handling per order at checkout.

What billing information appears on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show a charge from 'Image Source'.

What if I order apparel and it does not fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These items are made to order so please check the sizing guide in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email maricopacounty@imagesourceteam.com to determine if you can change your order. Items will be ordered from the factory in the exact quantities ordered from the pop-up shop. Depending on where the items are in the production schedule will determine if you are able to make any changes to your order or not.
